The name KALAMANA stems from two concepts of the Hawaiian Huna tradition.

KALA means “There are no limits, everything is possible.”
MANA signifies „All power comes from within.”

Current research as well as established traditions in the fields of anatomy and physiology provide the basis for a safe and efficient yoga practice, good alignment, and a well structured sequencing. Knowledge and understanding in these domains fascinate and inspire me. Anatomy and physiology create the foundation for my classes.

MINDFULNESS & FREEDOM

The concept of mindfulness is rooted in Buddhism. Many traditions use mindfulness techniques to free the mind from its habitual patterns and to find strength and inspiration in the here-and-now. Meditation, breath work, and mindfulness in movement are my basis to lead a full and liberated life on and off the yoga mat.
