My enthusiasm for yoga started many years ago as cross-training to for my endeavours as a triathlete. Today, yoga is a way of life for me to keep balance when my job, children, partnership as well as my own needs bring chaos into the cooking pot of life. I see the body as a pure marvel – that’s why I love teaching anatomy, physiology and everything around fascia.
I’ve been offering trainings, workshops and lectures for over 10 years and am part of the Yoga Medicine training and podcast team.
As a sports scientist, I also dedicate myself to the topic of fascia in research. I work with Robert Schleip and the Fascia Research Project and have authored numerous research articles and book chapters.
I am certified as E-RYT 500 and have been able to learn from great teachers such as Tom Myers, TIffany Cruikshank, Bo Forbes, Jason Crandell and Young-Ho Kim in several thousand hours of training.
